ChatGPT Bot was developed with privacy in mind. The bot does not log information or data that is not essential for the bot's operation.

All conversations between the user and the bot will be stored on secure servers for a maximum of 30 days from the time of last reply. After that, conversations will be permanently deleted from our system. This is to ensure that the bot runs smoothly and efficiently, and to provide our users with the best possible experience.
If you wish to clear any conversation from our system, you can do so by invoking a user command. This will remove all traces of the conversation from our servers, including any related user IDs.
We collect and store user IDs for the purpose of moderating user activity and preventing abuse. This information is shared with OpenAI to help monitor and detect abuse. We only use your user ID to improve the overall safety and security of our platform, to ensure that everyone can use our services with confidence.
The OpenAI Platform powers ChatGPT Bot. By utilizing the bot's features, you agree to refrain from using it for any of the purposes specified in the Disallowed Usage section, including but not limited to:
- Illegal activity
- Child Sexual Abuse Material or any content that exploits or harms children
- Generation of hateful, harassing, or violent content
- Generation of malware
- Activity that has high risk of physical harm
- Activity that has high risk of economic harm
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Adult content, adult industries, and dating apps
- Political campaigning or lobbying
- Activity that violates people’s privacy
- Engaging in the unauthorized practice of law, or offering tailored legal advice without a qualified person reviewing the information
- Offering tailored financial advice without a qualified person reviewing the information
- Telling someone that they have or do not have a certain health condition, or providing instructions on how to cure or treat a health condition
- High risk government decision-making
Any violation of this policy will result in the termination of access to ChatGPT Bot's functions.
The bot is hosted on a private VPS in St. Louis, Missouri, in the United States. All bot operations and data storage occur on this VPS. The bot runs on its own Docker container, separate from other accounts. All accounts used to access the server are hardware-secured with two-factor authentication, and data is stored on a password-protected MySQL database. The database is not publicly accessible.

By using ChatGPT Bot in any way or adding it to the server, the user consents to the policies and terms outlined in this document. Furthermore, the user is bound to inform members of the contents of this document. If the user does not comply with the given policies, they can remove ChatGPT Bot from the server.
